Home cooking:
You will find a large variety of the very best tasting food supplies. Sometimes sold directly from the farmer at markets. Vegetables, cheese, truffles, goose liver, wine, olives, honey and seafood are some of these Provencal specialities.

“Degustation” means tasting! So do enter when you see this sign on a house, wine yard, little workshop or mill. Have a bite or shot! When home, cook and enjoy. While you cook your dinner you may go over to our grocer just across the street to supplement. For major food purchase we have a small local supermarket “Intermarché” in Carces convenient two and a half miles from us or excellent full size supermarket “L´Eclerc” in Brignoles.

Our kitchen is very well equipped and has restaurant utensils. Large pan enough to boil fresh lobster in, equipment to prepare and serve oysters or slung a salad. Whisks, pots and pans for all needs! You eat at our antique 12 feet monk table by the huge fireplace. Provencal china an glasses for all kind of beverages. BON APPETIT!

"Thanks for a week in your fantastic home! We highly recommend the food, your day tour suggestions and the house. Dinners at the long monk table by the fireplace are unforgettable!"

Restaurants:
Our own Les Templiers just down to the right from us has local menus for reasonable prices. And the bar across the road serve pizza from stone owen some evenings.

In the closest village to ours, CORRENS, there are two restaurants. One very exclusive, “Auberge du Parc” in the center and one nice tourist trap that we often go to; “Val d´Argens” also in the village lovely situated by the river. We don’t come here for the food but it is so charming, casual and just friendly.

Within five minutes drive:
In CARCÉS you find four restaurants. None of them are exclusive and we like the pizzeria at the exit towards Brignoles or mussel place on your left side just after you turn right and enter the village.
Just out in a wine yard between us and Cotignac you find “Clos du Vignes”. A first class restaurant with very good reputation.

Within ten minutes drive:
